Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer | London, West End – Knightsbridge | Semi Static / Semi Mobile in small area.
Due to the win of a new contract, we are currently recruiting for a Lead Electrical Engineer to work across a prestigious high end residential portfolio around the Knightsbridge area. Although you will be predominantly based at one site, all sites are very local so due to the nature of the contract you will work across the portfolio. There are also pool vans on the contract to assist travel between sites.
You will be looking after all plant areas of the residential complexes. Technical duties will involve; electrical fault finding, wiring, control panel maintenance, emergency lighting, lamps, ballasts, AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, coil cleans, HIU servicing, boiler resets, chiller checks, pumps, fire alarm tests, sprinkler tests, general plant maintenance.
As the lead engineer you will work closely with line managers to over-see the engineering team.
- Basic Salary: £38,000
- On call 1 in 4: £1,500 annually for being on standby
- Access to Pool Vehicle
- Monday – Friday 08:00am to 5:00pm

Requirements:
- City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience within commercial building maintenance
- Full, clean UK driving license
