Job Title: Mechanical Construction Manager
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)
Location: Central/ East Midlands

My client is a forward-thinking M&E contractor, with a strong presence across the home counties & Midlands’s region. The business specialises in delivering a diverse range of projects ranging across the healthcare, commercial fit out, hotel/ leisure & end user sectors. They pride themselves on providing a collaborative & coordinated approach to clientele.
Due to consistent/ long term growth, the business now requires Mechanical Site Manager. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager/ Construction Manager, to join a reputable contractor offering stability & long-term career progression.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Manage the day-to-day mechanical coordination.
- Liaise and communicate with estimating, pre-construction, commercial & contract teams.
- Full client liaison.
- Ensure Health & Safety is adhered too.
