Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer
Salary/ Day Rate: £45,000 – £55,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)

Company Description
My client is a specialist MEP contractor, located in the heart of London. Since inception the business have designer/ constructed amazing spaces for commercial clients across multiple specialist sectors. The business has a current T/O circa £50 million, combined with an extremely healthy pipeline of work. Due to organic business growth, the business now requires a Mechanical Design Engineer, to join a driven & dynamic building services pre-construction team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join a market leading M&E contractor, while gaining exposure to flagship developments across the City of London.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Work in conjunction with appointed M&E design consultancies, to successfully deliver MEP design deliverables.
- Provide engineering checks (Comprising of calculations, drawings & schematics).
- Utilise software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks & BIM to interrogate consultant drawings.
- Attend regular design/ pre-construction team meetings.
- Assist the project delivery team, with on site design issues.
