My client, a well established Facilities and Maintenance Provider are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Support Administrator to join their team based in Loughton.
Main Duties
- General Administration
- Working closely with the FM team
- Raising Purchase Orders and Invoicing
- PPMS
- Liasing with Managers and Assigning work to Engineers
- Answering calls and emails.
- Use of CAFM System
