Quantity Surveyor – House Builder – Suffolk

GH Engage is recruiting a QUANTITY SURVEYOR who specialises in HOUSE BUILDING, to work for one of our leading Housebuilding developers in SUFFOLK.

The role includes but is not limited to:

• Cost planning & budgeting.
• Pre and post contract experience.
• Taking lead on the project.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Managing sub-contractors.
• Pre-tender estimating.
• Project financial control and reporting.
• Tendering works packages and procurement.
• Monthly valuations.
• Management of purchase orders and subcontracts.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with a House Builder/Developer.
• Experience in leading projects.
• Quantity Surveying degree.
• Pre and post contract/cost management experience.

Salary:

• £50,000-£60,000 per annum based on experience
