My Client leading FM provider are currently looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to work Early and Late Shift’s on a Static Site in Central London.
This is a great opportunity for a Building Services Engineer currently looking for the next step in his career. My client are a highly reputable provider that look after there staff and provide a clear progression path for all employees within the business. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience within the building maintenance sector and confident in covering both the Electrical and Mechanical servicing on site.
Day to Day tasks will consist of:
- Lighting Repairs
- Ballast changes
- Bulb Replacements
- Emergency light testing
- Electrical Fault Finding
- AHU Maintenance
- FCU Maintenance
- General Building Maintenance
Please note this role is an Early and Lates Shift Pattern: 07:00 – 16:00(earlies) 9am – 18:00 (lates)
Qualifications/Experience
- NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 in a relevant Electrical field
- NVQ in Mechanical related subject (advantageous)
- 18th Edition
- Building Service Experience (Minimum 3 years)
- Commercial Maintenance Experience
Salary (BASIC)
£40,000 – £42,000 per annum
