My client an established FM provider are currently on the lookout for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to work on a static site in Central London.
This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical engineer who is currently looking to further develop there career. My client are a leading FM provider who carry out Maintenance and Overall Building maintenance for numerous blue chip companies throughout London and home counties.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of Mechanical Building Maintenance and be able to turn there hand to basic Electrics when needs be (does not need to be electrically qualified but advantageous).
This position is a standard days shift working on a 09:00 – 17:00, Mon-Fri basis.
Day to Day Tasks will consist of:
- Plumbing Maintenance
- Plumbing Remedial
- Plant room checks
- FCU/AHU servicing
- AC servicing
- Basic Electrical Work
- BMS systems
Qualification/Experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical relevant subject
- 3 Years Building Maintenance experience
- F-GAS (Desirable)
- Basic Electrical experience
