Facilities and Planning Administrator- 27k- Dover- Permanant Position
My client, a leading Facilities and Maintenance Provider are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Administrator to join their busy team based in Dover. The ideal candidate will have extensive Administration experience ideally within an FM environment.
Main Duties
- General Administration Duties
- Invoicing and Quotes
- RAMS
- Control of WIP
- Collaborate with service partners to ensure all operations meet our high customer quality and safety standards
- Manage key workflows and provide full visibility of outstanding works/recommendations
- Engage with service partners to build working and trustworthy relationships
- Identify gaps in supply chain and source new service partners when required or in the event of new customer acquisitions
- Manage the onboarding for new service partners
- Ensure that all supply chain partner personnel are fully inducted to the relevant key account customer sites
- Regular quality audits of works on site and regular performance review meetings for relevant key accounts
