My client, a family-run building services company, are currently on the lookout for a “Multi-Trade Operative” to carry out snagging on new build properties.
The work will be primarily aftercare maintenance work; involving painting and decorating, dry-lining, tiling, siliconing, and basic carpentry. Based in Kent, focusing on the areas surrounding Kent, Sussex, Surrey, parts of London, Essex, Berkshire and Oxford.
They request the applicant has relevant trade experience and some sort of background in property maintenance. They are looking for someone who will communicate effectively with customers in a concise and polite manner. A full clean UK Driving licence is essential as well as a valid CSCS card or applicant must be willing to obtain.
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 (subject to experience)
