My client an established and well respected housebuilder are currently on the lookout for a site manager for a new build development taking place in the Essex area.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced site manager to join a company that can provide progression and the next step in there career. This is a long term new build scheme overseeing a project with Circa 130 units. Previous house building experience is essential along with a track record of completing projects on time as well as within budget.

- Liaising and Handing over properties

- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
Salary
£50,000 – £55,000 dependent on experience
