My client is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building situated in South West London. The successful candidate will ideally be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and hold previous maintenance experience. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and the chance to work at this Iconic site.
This is a temporary to permanent position, the candidate must be willing to be paid via a weekly timesheet. Should he or she impress during their trial period, they can then be offered/Interviewed for the full-time role.

Duties:
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
Hours of Work & Salary
- £22 p/h – Competitive
- Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
- 8am – 5pm
- On call rota
Requirements
- Electrically qualified
- C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 – Essential
- C&G 17th Edition or 18th Edition
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
