Electrical Maintenance Engineer -Central London – Temp to Perm – £21 p/h

GH Engage are currently looking for Electrical Maintenance Engineers to work on a temporary / contract basis for several Building services companies across Central London. The successful candidates will ideally be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and hold previous maintenance experience. In return the companies are offering a competitive salary, overtime, and the chance to work for Market leading FM companies.
A number of these opportunities are temporary to permanent roles, the successful candidates must be willing to be paid via a weekly timesheet. Should he or she impress during their trial period, they can then be offered/Interviewed for the full-time role.
Duties:
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
Hours of Work & Salary
- £21 p/h
- Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
- Possible working hours – Days: 7am – 4pm / 8am – 5pm or Shift: 4 on 4 off Days & Nights
Requirements
- Electrically qualified
- C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 – Essential
- C&G 17th Edition or 18th Edition
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
