Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 (including additional company benefits)

I’m Currently recruiting on behalf of a market leading main contractor who deliver to a diverse range of industry sectors both in the UK and across Europe. Due to winning multiple new contracts, they are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to become a vital part in the company. Their offices are based in the heart of London and are looking for an experienced and confident Quantity Surveyor for their commercial and high-end residential projects. This is a great chance for an established Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the most reputable firms in UK.
Responsibilities
- The preparation, submission and agreement of Interim Applications and Final Accounts
- Liaise with the Contracts Managers in the procurement of Sub-Contractor packages and the preparation of the Sub-Contract documents
- Supporting the monitoring of the progress of the Works
- The preparation and submission of contractual notices and / or correspondence to both the Client and Sub-Contractors
- Preparation of cash flows, monthly cost reports and analysis of budgets
- The monitoring of costs labour expenditure
