As Maintenance Supervisor, you will deliver building services maintenance to a commercial shared office, a state-of-the-art building in the City of London.
Supervising a small team of engineers, you will drive the completion of planned and reactive maintenance to all Landlord services in the building, and act as a key point of communication with the client.
This is a high-profile role in a growing company, with plenty of opportunity for career progression.
Knowledge and experience with HV systems and cooling towers are essential.

You will be joining a medium-sized services provider that over the last few years has grown considerably, winning some major accounts throughout London, predominantly in the commercial market, but also with residential and public sector clients.
This maintenance position sits within one of the company’s many blue-chip, client accounts.
Accountabilities:
- Day-to-day safe and efficient running of maintenance teams in the commercial building.
- Hands-on maintenance on landlord equipment & systems.
- Maintenance of cooling towers in line with all statutory legislation surrounding legionella.
- Supervising building shutdowns & HV switching.
- Clear communication with the landlord, as well as some of the tenants in the building.
Experience and Requirements
- Relevant engineering qualifications; C&G Level 3/NVQ/Apprenticeship.
- H&S qualifications.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- 5+ years of industry experience.
