GH Engage are recruiting on behalf of one of our most prestigious clients for a Senior Technical Manager based in the South Kent area. This is an amazing opportunity to join a rapidly growing developer, working directly with both the site teams and directors to deliver residential new build projects in Kent.
This company have a healthy pipeline of projects due to start in 2023, in addition to their ongoing ventures. As the Senior Technical Manager, you will be working alongside those at Management/Director level, assisting in the growth and development of the company. This position comes with the potential progression track to become Technical Director.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the company’s current and future residential projects, overseeing the junior members of the technical team, and implementing effective and innovative methods of value engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the site team providing design, sequence & method of construction,
- Providing solutions to issues on site and outlining value engineering opportunities,
- Checking subcontractor’s design and method of work (including ground works),
- Temporary works design,
- Construction methodology/Buildability.
You will receive a competitive salary of up to 90k, plus package.
