Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 basic salary (including additional company benefits)

They now have a group turnover more than £200 million and due a strong pipeline of work, have an immediate vacancy for a Mechanical Project Manager.
The successful applicant will take a lead role overseeing the mechanical design, installation and delivery across a flagship residential design & build scheme. This presents a fantastic career opportunity for a proven Mechanical Project Manager/ Mechanical Project Lead, to join a market leading main contractor renowned for staff retention & support.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Review mechanical design, ensuring project compliance.
- Assessment and selection of mechanical subcontractors.
- Attend necessary project design, progress and commercial meetings.
- Build & maintain relationships with project team & clients.
- Working closely with the commercial & procurement business units.
- Site review and management of building services installations.
- Ensure key dates and deadlines are achieved throughout project duration.
