Project Coordinator – Leading Service Provider – London Liverpool Street – Up to £40,000 per annum
My client are currently recruiting for an Project Coordinator looking to take on the next challenge in their career. It’s a great opportunity as the person in this role could develop into a Projects Manager and would gain a lot of project experience in this role. The client would consider a strong Contract Support to be trained into Projects.
Package
25 days holiday plus an extra day for you birthday
08:00am – 17:00pm – Monday – Friday (Full time in the office)
Main Duties
Monitoring the daily progress of projects
Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits
Organising reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
Performing billing and bookkeeping tasks
Ordering necessary office supplies
Prepare new project tenders, gather tender information while liaising with multiple subcontractors and clients.
Review RAMS prior to works commencement same of completion reports
Be in charge of Data Centre site Management, labour and expenses submission extra works processing, PPM’S & reactive task management, monthly client and internal site progression reviews,
Track all projects related data weekly, monthly yearly submissions (Win & losses)
Contract Support duties may be included
