My Client a leading Housebuilder are currently on the lookout for a Senior Site Manager for a project located close to Northampton.
This is a great opportunity to join a high volume builder with a solid pipeline of projects. This scheme in particular has over 10 years left providing a stable workflow and career progression. This is a mixed use project with commercial aspects on top of traditional housebuilding plots, therefore experience within both these sectors is essential.
This is a 1000 unit mixed use project with both traditional build aspects as well as RC frame elements. A track record of delivering high volume projects within budget and timeframe is essential. My client are going from strength to strength therefore progression and opportunities are available to work across the business, with a clear path to PM/CM.
Experience
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Traditional Housebuilding experience
- RC Frame experience
- Experience within a no.1 role on site
Salary
- £65-000 – £80,000 plus package
