Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 (including additional company benefits)

Company Description
My client is a pioneering mechanical & electrical building services contractor with offices across the country. The company in question are arguably on of the leading Industrial and infrastructure project suppliers in the UK. However, still dominate in other sectors such as the commercial office and healthcare industries. Due to recently winning another flagship scheme they are looking for a technically astute project lead/ Electrical Project Manager to oversee one of their biggest projects in the pipeline for 2023 in Birmingham. The company in question are looking for someone who shares the same qualities as themselves, someone who takes passion and pride in their work whilst delivering the project in an organised and process driven manner.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ability to run a project from inception through to completion.
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials.
- Liaising with clients over design variations.
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors).
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships.
- Guarantee projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- Oversee weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings.
Remuneration Package
- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
