My client is looking for a Commercial Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building situated in High Wycombe, Bucks. The successful candidate will ideally be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and hold previous maintenance experience. This is a temporary to permanent position, the candidate must be willing to be paid via a weekly timesheet. Should he or she impress during their trial period, they can then be offered/Interviewed for the full-time role.

Duties:
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Monitor mechanical plant
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Water Treatment
- Carry out PPM’s on FCU’s, pumps, pressurisation units, calorifiers and AHU’s
- Plumbing – Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
Hours of Work & Salary
- £20 p/h – Competitive
- Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
- 8am – 5pm
- On call rota
Requirements
- Electrically or Mechanically qualified
- C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 – Essential
- C&G 17th Edition or 18th Edition
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
