Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £75,000 – £100,000 (including additional company benefits)

A multi-disciplined M&E Contractor who continue to set the standard across London are now seeking a Mechanical Project Manager for a design and build commercial scheme in the heart of London. As they take great pride in their work and continue to grow on a yearly basis, they have asked GH Engage to search for a Project manager who aims to meet and exceed market standards. This is a great opportunity for someone to increase their project portfolio, working for a market leading contractor that provide their services to the healthcare, commercial, leisure, hotel and education sectors.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, or similar role, i.e., Mechanical Contracts Manager, with a successful track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience in managing projects upwards of £7.5 million Mechanical & Electrical packages
- Possess a good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
- Procurement and management of sub-contractors
- Attend and run weekly meetings with the client and delivery teams
- Having previous experience working for a Main Contractor or large M&E contractor
- Strong commercial and financial experience
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Excellent clients facing skills
- Industry Standard HVAC / Heating and Plumbing, or Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Qualifications and Certificates
Remuneration Package
- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
