Lead Site Engineer x2 (1 man site)- Westminster, London – £41,000-£45,000 per annum

My client is looking for a Lead Site Engineer to be based in Westminster, Central London. The successful candidate will ideally be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, overtime, training and the opportunity to work for a great company!
Duties:
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- Monitor mechanical plant
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing – Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
Hours of Work & Salary
- £41,000-£45,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
- On call rota
Requirements
- Electrically and Mechanically qualified
- C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 – Essential
- C&G 17th Edition or 18th Edition
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
