Job Title: Mechanical Construction Manager
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (Plus Industry leading packages)

I am currently recruiting a up and coming career driven Mechanical Construction manager for a tier one Mechanical & Electrical Contractor based in Central London. Due to a strong pipeline for their Central London projects, they are looking for a number two on site to report to the project director for their flagship commercial scheme in Central London. This is a great opportunity to become part of one of the largest growing building services contractors in the London commercial project delivery sector.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Be the Project Directors eyes and ears on the commercial site.
- Engaging with and attending meetings with the Project Management team.
- Managing and overseeing the construction plans.
- Ensuring the project is always within time constraints and budgets.
- Managing and developing relationships with your teams
- Liaising on behalf of the company with the client.
- Provide Weekly and monthly plans and forecasts.
Remuneration Package
- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
