Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: West London
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 plus perks
My Client a boutique developer based out of West London are currently on the lookout for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join there growing commercial team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a high end SME developer focusing on Super-prime internal fit out projects, this is working predominately within a residential environment therefore previous experience within this or residential construction is essential. My client are looking to onboard individuals that wish to further progress there career and work climb the ranks to senior roles in the near future. This position will be office based which is located in the heart of West Central, but site visits will also be expected to check in on progress etc.
Responsibilities
- Attending site visits and meetings
- Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports
- Cost control procedures
- Contribute to designs and options
- Site start budgets
- Value engineering
- Cost report analysis
- Tender composition
- Liaising with Sub-Contractors
- Site valuations
