Job Title: ICT Estimator
Salary: £60,000 – 66,000 (Plus additional company benefits)

A leading M&E Contractor are actively seeking an ICT Estimator for their team across Europe.
They take great pride in their world renown design and development programmes as they are known for providing great project experience and end product result to the hyperscale data centre, commercial and warehouse facilities across Europe. They are looking to for an ICT Estimator who aims to always better themselves as they are known for taking great care in their employee career progression.
This is a great opportunity for an established ICT Estimator to become part of flourishing business working on landmark schemes across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Researching materials, equipment, and labour costs to produce competitive tenders.
- Liaising with clients to gather requirements.
- Gathering quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assessing the level of risk for a project.
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships.
- Ensure projects.
- Analysing company data, exchange rates and prices using software packages.
- Preparing and submitting quotations for work.
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- attending weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings.
- Monitoring the stages of a project to make sure that costs are kept in line with forecasts.
- Being able to take a project from A-Z completion.
- Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager.

- Estimating/Taking off.
- Procurement.
- Pricing & Issuing variations.
- Management of all sub-contractor accounts.
- Client applications.
- Indicative reports.
- Cost Reporting.
- Payment certificates.
- Cash flow forecasts Material scheduling and procurement.

- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record)
