A fantastic opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated by London Bridge. The successful candidate will be Mechanically biased with a wealth of building maintenance experience. He or she will be based in a commercial building working within a team of engineers. In return the company are offering a competitive salary paying up to £42,000 based on experience / qualifications and career progression.
Hours of work & Salary Information
Up to £42,000 per annum
08:00 to 17:00 / 7 on-4 off, 8 on-5 off, 9 on-6 off, repeat
25 Days Holiday
Key duties & responsibilities
Monitor mechanical plant
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Plumbing – Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
Monitor the BMS systems
Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
General building fabric
Requirements
Mechanically Qualified
HNC / City & Guilds – Mechanical Level 2 & 3
A proven track record in Building Maintenance working
Good Communication Skills.
Multi-Skilled – Mechanical
Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV etc
