GH Engage are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance based at a static site in Central london. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Pumps and motors
- Maintenance on AHUs and FCUs
- Water treatment
- Boiler resets
- Chiller resets
- Cooling towers
Hours of Work & Package Information
- Basic Salary of up to £40,000
- No On Call
- Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Training and progression opportunities
Requirements
- Mechanically qualified, ideally City and Guilds NVQ Level 3
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
