As Maintenance Supervisor you will deliver building services maintenance to the corporate HQ of a tech company, a state-of-the-art building in the City of London.
Supervising a small team of engineers, you will drive the completion of planned and reactive maintenance to all Landlord services in the building, and act as a key point of communication with the client.
This is a high-profile role in a forward-thinking company, with plenty of opportunity for career progression.
On-call 1 week in 4, with £100 on-call bonus & 1.5x salary for on-call work.

You will be joining a small-to-medium-sized services provider that operates on several fronts within the built environment, from design and installation to maintenance.
This maintenance position sits within one of the company’s many blue-chip, client accounts.
Accountabilities:
- Day-to-day safe and efficient running of maintenance teams in the commercial building.
- Responsible for the quality of the work carried out, you are also responsible for maintaining safe working practices, keeping COSHH information up to date and ensuring everybody is conversant with this information when providing Toolbox talks.
- Supervising specialist contractors in annual building shutdown & HV switching.
- Some hands-on maintenance on landlord equipment & systems.
Experience and Requirements
- Relevant electrical qualifications; C&G Level 3/NVQ/Apprenticeship.
- H&S qualifications.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- 5 years of industry experience.
