I am looking for a Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work for an established building services provider. The site is high end residential as well as commercial office.
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified Electrically, and have experience working within a client-facing environment.

- PPMs
- Single & Three Phase Power
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- L8 Water Hygiene Monitoring
- AOV Testing
- BMS Operation
- AHU Servicing
- FCU Servicing
- Generator Tests
- Supervision of Sub Contractors
Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
- 18th Edition
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Experience working on a single man site desirable
