As Engineering Manager, you will lead the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance to a banking headquarters in the City of London.
The Engineering Manager will lead a team of approximately 20 staff, comprised of Shift Engineers, Day Engineers, and Fabric Technicians.
You will write and implement maintenance schedules, provide technical advice, and deliver electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance, and oversee building shutdowns and High Voltage Switching, to the commercial office building.

They deliver electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to commercial buildings and major institutions all over the world.
Accountabilities:
- Line management of a team of circa 20 maintenance engineers; organising shift rotas, holiday cover and training requirements.
- Writing planned maintenance schedules and addressing reactive requirements.
- Providing technical support for electrical, mechanical and fabric engineering.
- Overseeing building shutdowns and writing HV switching schedules.
- Coordinating with other managers to ensure delivery in line with Service Level Agreements.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous management experience, preferably in a critical/commercial environment.
- Relevant Electrical or Mechanical qualifications; ideally Levels 2 & 3 City & Guilds.
- High Voltage Approved Person qualifications are preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years within building services maintenance.
