An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based within the M25.
GH Engage are currently recruiting for a Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a commercial contract based within the M25. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Mechanically Qualified Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and to work on some fantastic and unique sites. In return the company are offering a competitive salary up to £40,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
Key duties & Responsibilities
Monitor mechanical plant
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Plumbing – Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
Monitor the BMS systems
Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
General building fabric
Hours of Work & Package Information
Basic Salary of up to £40,000
Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Company Van & Fuel Card
Full company uniform
Requirements
Mechanically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2&3
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
