Multi-Skilled Engineer – West London – Up to £40,000 per annum
A brilliant opportunity has arisen to work for an established building services company. My client is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to be based across a Mixed use Commercial Site in West London.
The successful candidate must be experienced in Building Maintenance with the ability to turn there hand to Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric works across a range of environments.

- Electrical PPM’s
- Lamp Changes
- Ballast Changes
- Emergency Light Testing
- Electrical Fault Finding
- Mechanical PPM’s
- AHU’s
- FCU’s
- Plumbing
- Tap Temps
- Fabric repairs
Hours of Work & Salary
- £38,000 – £40,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00am to 16:30pm
Requirements
- Electrically or Mechanically qualified
- C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 – Essential
- C&G 17th Edition or 18th Edition (Desirable)
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
