Facilities Helpdesk Administrator- 32k plus Package- London- Permanent

Monday to Friday 8.30-17.00 Office Based.

My client, a leading Facilities and Maintenance Provider are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Helpdesk Administrator to join their team based in their Head Office located in the Heart of the City.

Main Duties

  • Scheduling works for the Engineers
  • Working on the Facilities Service Desk working as part of a team providing Administration support when required and will be the first point of contact for service enquiries for the buildings.
  • Allocating work orders to the Maintenance team and supply chain
  • Log calls on the CAFM System
  • Monitor PPM schedule and reactive maintenance jobs and report by exception when tasks are not completed in the requested time frame
  • Closing down completed works.
  • Following up on open jobs
  • Dealing with Management team and reporting issues
  • Updating Asset with work record sheets with the Service Desk database
  • Provide Support in Compiling the Monthly Management Report
  • Communicate with the team and managers
  • Invoicing and Raising Purchase Orders
  • Attending Meetings and Taking Minutes
  • Ensure the Helpdesk is covered at all times
  • Updating the Service Desk Database
