Technical Supervisor | 12-Month FTC | Commercial Building Maintenance/Installation | £50,000 | Client-Side Package | East London
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Technical Supervisor with a background in building maintenance and installations for a 12-month fixed-term contract working client-side, with amazing benefits.
This is a hands-off role that will require someone with previous Supervisory experience, overseeing contractors and ensuring that safe systems of work & RAMS are being adhered to.
JOB
Technical Supervisor for an end-user property management company, overseeing the installation & maintenance of electrical risers within a commercial office building.
Responsibilities include:
- Writing RAMS
- Ensuring permits-to-work are provided.
- Responsible for enforcing health & safety procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- Must be fully electrically qualified; Level 3 NVQ.
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- IOSH or NEBOSH – required.
- Substantial experience working within M&E building maintenance.
- Demonstrate experience & understanding of current Health & Safety.
- Supervisory experience.
