JOB
Technical Services Manager (Building Maintenance) for a large office building in Central London, overseeing a small team of Engineers.
- Delivering planned and reactive maintenance to the Landlord areas of the building
- Managing PPM schedules
- Management of a small engineering team
- Managing the relationship with the clients on-site
- Fault finding
- PPMs
- FCUs
- Generators
- AHUs
- BMS
- Chillers
- Boilers
- Water treatments
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- City and Guilds qualified – Electrical bias.
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- IOSH – desirable
- Substantial experience working within M&E building maintenance.
- Demonstrate experience & understanding of current Health & Safety.
- Good Customer relationship skills.
- Managing experience.
BENEFITS
This is a permanent position in a well-established building services provider, with opportunities to take part in training courses, such as becoming HVAP.
The role is paying between £60,000 – £65,000, depending on experience. Overtime will also be available.
