£42,000 plus Travel Paid
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

I am currently looking for experienced Maintenance Engineers to work on a Foot mobile basis for a leading UK based maintenance service provider in Central London.
Ideally you will be multi-skilled with a City & Guilds Electrical or Mechanical qualification – Level 3.
Duties & Responsibilities
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Emergency Light Tests
- Fire Alarms
- Sprinkler Tests
- Ballast Changes
- TMV Servicing
- VAVs/VRVs
- Fault Finding
- Water Temperature Checks
- AHUs/FCUs
- Organising Sub Contractors
Package & Benefits
- Up to £42,000

Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical City & Guilds
- Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Building services experience ideal
