I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based a fantastic high end residential site in Ealing, West London. The ideal candidate will be fully Electrically qualified, and have experience working within a client-facing environment, ideally high end residential.

Duties & Responsibilities

• PPMs
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• L8 Water Hygiene Monitoring
• AOV Testing
• BMS Operation
• AHU Servicing
• FCU Servicing
• Generator Tests
• Supervision of Sub Contractors

Package & Benefits

Qualifications & Experience

• City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
• 18th Edition
• Experience working within a client-facing environment
• Experience working on a single man site desirable
