Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 basic salary (contract day rate also available)

An industry leading mechanical & electrical building services specialist are currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager, in accordance with an iconic commercial shell & core and fit out project due to commence in the coming months. Currently operating at an annual T/O circa £120 million, the business provides complete mechanical & electrical design and installation services to the commercial office, data centre, education, healthcare, hotel & leisure, pharmaceutical and residential sectors.
Following a very busy period of business growth and increasing pipeline of work, an immediate vacancy has now arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading an iconic commercial office scheme, which is due to commence in the coming weeks. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this position will in turn offer a market leading financial remuneration package in addition to long term career progression.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Attend pre-tender meetings/ tender interviews.
- Oversee the pre-construction & procurement processes.
- Management of site personnel (Including schedule of works).
- Ensuring projects are delivered in a timely/ efficient manner.
- Full commercial responsibility (costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.)
- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, specialist contractors & internal teams.
- Build/ maintain relationships with end users, clients & supply chain.
Remuneration Package
- A market leading basic salary up to £90,000 (freelance employment also available)
