Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (Plus additional company benefits)

A young and dynamic Building Services Contractor who specialise in commercial CAT-A & B fit out have recently won a city changing contract with a blue-chip contractor in Coventry.
This contract has secured my client work for the foreseeable future to upgrade and create landmark commercial buildings in the City Centre.
The individual will need to be someone who Is keen to progress over the coming years and to become a Projects Director to overlook the whole of the west Midlands in the near future. The candidate will require commercial CAT-A & B fit out experience with a reputable contractor working on projects between £500,000-£5 million.
This is a great opportunity to progress while working on some of the most exciting projects in the Midlands whilst being paid a leading salary and package.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials
- Weekly meeting with the Operations Director.
- Liaising with clients over design variations
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors)
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- overseeing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings
