This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mobile AC Maintenance Engineer to join a market leading building services provider within a team of experienced Maintenance Engineers, delivering building maintenance to a range of commercial sites around London and Kent.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Air conditioning and refrigeration – Service/maintenance
- Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV’s and VRF’s AHU’s, FCU’s, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
- Pressure leak tests
- Compressor changes
- Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
- Extensive building services knowledge
- Update contract managers with relevant client or site information.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant HVAC and refrigeration qualification (i.e. City and Guilds)
- Experience working within a client-facing environment.
- 8 Years of trade experience.
- Full clean UK Driving License.
