Job Title: IT Technical Support & Infrastructure Support Specialist
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 basic salary
Location: Head office (Central London)

My client is a leading mechanical & electrical subcontractor, headquartered in Central London. Working in partnership with several of the UK’s most prestigious builders and developers, the business operates across the commercial office, data centre, hotel/ leisure, education & residential construction sectors.
Due to extensive business growth, a vacancy has become available for a highly skilled & self-motivated IT Technical & Infrastructure Support Specialist. This role involves supporting a variety of technologies and tools, setting up construction projects with internet access and providing ongoing IT support requests.
Responsibilities, Skills & Experience
- Supporting a wide variety of technologies and tools including O365, Teams, Azure, Intune, Windows 10, Windows 11, SonicWALL, VPN, AV/VC equipment and more.
- Provide 1st & 2nd line support to end users and troubleshooting hardware/ software issues where required.
- Assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure.
- Prepare laptops and IOS devices for new employees.
- Deploy new software applications to end user devices.
- Set up construction projects with internet access and printing capabilities.
- Liaising with internal project teams, whilst working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration Package
- A highly competitive basic salary (dependent on previous career experience).
