Mechanical Foot Mobile Engineer – Zones 1-6 london
Up to £50,000 plus Zones 1 – 6 Travelcard
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm + On Call Rota
GH Engage are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work on a Foot mobile basis for a boutique maintenance service provider across sites in London – Zones 1 – 6. The role is covering a Commercial portfolio of sites and you will be carrying out planned and preventative maintenance.
Ideally you will have a solid work history within building services, and be qualified to City & Guilds Level 3.
Duties & Responsibilities
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- FCU Servicing
- AHUs – Filter and belt changes
- Pumps – Maintenance & Servicing
- Motors
- Fire Alarms
- Emergency Lighting
- Sprinkler Tests
- Heating & Cooling Systems
- HIUs
- Water Temperature Checks
- Log Books

Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Level 3 Mechanical – Ideal
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Building services maintenance experience
- Experience working on a Foot Mobile basis is preferred but not essential
