Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee a comprehensive commercial office fit-out and complete plant replacement in Central London. This is a long-term project offering consistent work with a well-established and reputable M&E Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage and oversee all on-site electrical activities, ensuring the project progresses according to plan, within budget, and meets quality standards.
• Coordination: Liaise with various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
• Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Anticipate and address potential issues before they impact the project timeline.
• Supervision: Lead and mentor on-site electrical teams, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, material usage, and any changes to the project scope.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site, minimizing disruption and keeping the project on track.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager, preferably in commercial office fit-outs and plant replacements.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and maintenance.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing and motivating a team.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work in Central London and manage the demands of a long-term project.
