Due to our client’s recent contract wins, we are seeking an Regional Supervisor with experience in commercial building maintenance/facilities management, covering Kent.
THE JOB
A Regional Supervisor is required to assist in delivering a building maintenance contract to a portfolio of commercial office buildings & managing agents throughout Kent & London, overseeing a team of 10, including engineers and contract support.
This is a great opportunity for a Lead Engineer or Supervisor looking for the next step in their career.
DUTIES
- Establishment and day-to-day management of Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule
- Providing leadership and assistance to a team of 8 Engineers in delivering electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance.
- Supervision of permanent/temporary workers, and subcontractors.
- Develop productive client relationships, identifying and implementing new revenue streams.
- Answering client queries & complaints.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
- Technical qualifications; Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services.
- Good Customer relationship skills.
- Supervisory/Management experience within M&E building maintenance.
- A clean UK driving license.

The role is paying up to £51,000, depending on experience.
