Salary: £100,000 – £115,000 (Plus additional company benefits)

I am seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager from a tier one Project Engineering background in London.
I am currently working with one of the market leading M&E building services contractor, located in Central with offices also spread across the home counties. My client delivers some of the most prestigious projects, providing the full MEP solution taking projects from PCSA stage through to till handover to the end user client in the commercial office, mixed-use, critical services & hotel & leisure sectors with projects values ranging from £15 million – £100 million MEP Value.
A well-established contractor with a vast history of delivering some of the most cutting-edge projects for UK leading principle contractors and developers who are on the FTSE 100 and well ranked globally.
Due to the business project success and successful tender wins over the last 3 years since covid, my client is going through an exciting expansion period and they are looking for an Experience Senior Mechanical Project Manager from a tier one Project Engineering background to deliver a £50 million commercial office development in Central London which is commutable from all surrounding counties of London: Essex, Kent, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire or Surrey.
In return for leading this landmark project the remuneration package on offer pays up to £115,000 plus an extensive company package for the right individual, who has successfully delivered a large commercial office project from inception till completion with project values at minimum of £20 million MEP. Upon successful completion the path to Directorship will be available in line with my client’s expansion across London. Responsibilities/ Skills &
Experience
- The individual should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials
- Weekly meeting with the Operations Director.
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple projects valued upwards of £20 million M&E.
- Liaising with clients over design variations
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors)
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- overseeing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings
