Due to continued growth my client is looking for a Sprinkler PM to join their team.
The Role
To project manage the installation of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with current LPC rules.
- Overall responsibility for the technical and financial aspects of a contract, including contract variations, pre-commissioning, final inspection and completion certificates
- Monitoring the performance of the site personnel
- Carrying out inspections on site, tool box talks and ordering materials etc
- Attending site meetings where necessary
- Carry out a financial assessment at the end of each month with team members to establish value of work in progress and costs to complete
- Preferential although not essential to have attained LPC certificates such as basic, Intermediate or FHC.
- Monitoring all aspects of project progress to ensure that they comply with all quality aspects and Health & Safety requirements. Producing Method Statement and Risk Assessments complete with O&M Manuals
Basic Key Skills
- Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience in fire sprinkler installations in any sector
- Able to work on own initiative and ability to solve technical problems and value engineering solutions that have positive impacts on a project.
