Job Title: Regional M&E Operations Director
Salary: Up to £150,000 + Executive Package (Bonus, Private Healthcare, Travel & More)

I’m working in close partnership with one of the UK’s most respected and forward-thinking M&E Building Services Contractors, renowned for delivering landmark projects across life sciences, data centres, commercial offices, and large-scale residential sectors.
Due to continued growth and a secured pipeline of work surpassing £300 million across the next 24-36 months, the business is now seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead their expanding London division. This is a newly created, board-affecting role – making it an exceptionally rare opportunity to shape the direction of an ambitious and modern contractor during a period of strategic expansion.
