Due to a new flagship commercial office shell & core project in Central London – details confidential due to client discretion – they are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical delivery of this major design & build scheme. What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience within MEP Building Services delivery.
- A strong electrical bias, with understanding of broader M&E coordination.
- Demonstrable experience delivering £20M+ electrical or MEP packages end-to-end.
- Track record with Tier 1 or leading specialist M&E contractors.
- Confident in fast-paced, design & build project environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities / Skills & Experience
- Full project lifecycle leadership for electrical delivery on large-scale M&E schemes.
- Oversee design integration, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Drive programme, commercial, and quality performance across electrical scope.
- Manage subcontractors, site supervisors, and interface with design & commercial teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with client representatives, consultants, and Tier 1 main contractor.
- Ensure all works comply with building services and electrical regulations, CDM, and health & safety standards.
- Represent the business with integrity, professionalism, and technical authority at all stages of the project.
Remuneration Package
- Basic salary up to £110,000 (DOE)
