Position: Day Technician (Mechanical Biased)

Salary: Up to £46,500 + Bonus

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in mechanical systems and a proven track record in maintaining and ensuring the compliance of mechanical systems in commercial environments. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems for a high-end corporate site.
Key Responsibilities:
- PPM’s and Reactive works
- HVAC Maintenance
- AHU’s & FCU’s
- Plumbing maintenance
- Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
- Updating site log books
- Provide further works reports where required
- Completing all works to a high standard
- Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks
- General Building maintenance electrical or mechanical

Requirements:
* Relevant mechanical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds or similar)
* 4+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance
* Proven track record in commercial water treatment
* Strong knowledge of pumps, AHUs/FCUs, and boilers
* Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
