Commercial Building Maintenance | Central London

• Salary: £55,000
• Working Hours:Monday to Friday – 8 am to 5 pm

GH Engage is partnered with a leading commercial maintenance provider who are seeking an Engineering Supervisor to be based in the Central London.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrable history in commercial building maintenance and facilities, as well as relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications.

Duties as Engineering Supervisor:

• Delivering maintenance to the landlord areas of a small commercial building .
• 2-person engineering team.
• Managing sub-contractors; raise quotations, raise purchase orders.
• Strong & effective communication with the client; answering client queries & complaints.
• Computer literacy & timely communication.

Engineering Supervisor – Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering roles (electrical/mechanical).
• Experience ensuring compliance; familiar with industry standards for health & safety, and excellence.
• Supervisory or Lead Engineer experience; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Engineering qualifications; Electrical level 3 or equivalent.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary up to £55,000
• Call out 1 in 2 (£100/week = £2,600/year)
• Monday to Friday; 8 am to 5 pm.
